PS5 PoE2 no points from supporter pack

My problem is it let me buy the Faridun pack even though I just wanted the upgrade. Now it's telling me I can upgrade to the lower pack. But I just want to see the higher tiers. They're literally making giving them money 1000x more difficult than it should be.

Same problem. Bought the $100 pack, it shows my 1000 coins in the cart but none of the cosmetics are showing and I can’t even buy the add-on with the coins. It only lets me buy it with $$

I had the same issue, then I logged on here on the forum with PSN and visited their store and shortly after I received a message here on pathofexile.com and now I have the coins. Enjoy the game everyone!

Hey there, I also bought the base early access pack and received no points. As well I've also claimed the Twitch drops and never received those either, although everything is properly linked, etc.


**Edit: Upon logging tonight (9:20pm, PST) my twitch drops have appeared on my account! However, still no points.

I also didnt get my points on ps5, and the twitch Drops are missing or i am Tool blind to find them
