The early access key for Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) has disappeared.

I purchased the PoE2 Early Access Supporter Pack for $30.
yesterday and received the key in an mail on my official account. However, today when I checked , it was gone, and now it asks me to buy it again. What happened? Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. What does this sentence mean? And what about my 300 gold coins? I've looked into this for you and it appears your Path of Exile account already has Early Access granted. You can navigate to the Early Access page on our website to confirm this information and receive any Client Keys. Alternatively you can go to our PoE2 Download Page to download our Standalone client. My Early Access is disappaered...
I did acitaved it on 10 december here. And used my steam key and epic key. Now is it gone here, like i never buyed it, but it is still active on steam. When i start the game i cant login anymore... Whats going on with GGG? |

Same to me. Until last week was working now my Key DISAPPEARED, i cant play anymore and i wont buy It again. I dont understand how the Key disappeared from out accounts
