How do I unlink Playstation account

I see no options to unlink a Playstation account. I emailed customer support, but no response as of yet. I accidentally linked someone else account that is also on my Playstation because I didn't realizes the Playstation was switched over to girlfriend account and wasn't still on my account. Just want to be able to link correct account.

Have the same issue.
Linked ps5 account because i had to verify my account in order to use the chat in game. After linking my character is lost...... sent e mail no response. This might be the reason i will stop playing this |

Told me to merge accounts And i did And when I went back into the game and
All my characters are Gone My account switched and can't switch back. People are having the same problem and they're not getting any response. |

did you get any help? i linked mine too by accident since i bought something on psn and i didnt get it, thought linking would do something but the playstation is loading characters from the empty account not the other one

hey, i managed to fix the "issue", just create a new character in the account, then exit that character and an option will appear on top to change to the primary or secondary account wherever you have your characters and done, i still wonder why the admins dont mention this at all... making us send mails that are never dealt with... oh well, try this, it worked for me

That didn't fix the issue for me. I think my problem is I somehow linked to an old POE account I don't use. I can access all my premium tabs on PSN but can't access them on PC. I've never received the coins from the EA purchase on PC and it's getting frustrating. I have emailed the team 4 times now with not even a response with we've got you on the list...
Forced to log on my PS5 just to do stash maintenance. Went ahead and grabbed a quad stash with the sale this weekend... can't use it on PC... driving me crazy at this point. |
