Early Access Bug Reports - Hard crashing PC locks up - Forum

Play 1st char - stuck in act 2 with crash to desktop on location loading. Nothing helps. Char was losted. Star 2nd char, played withot problem to the end of act 1. Today without any changes I start to suffer hard crashes when play or loading. Nothing helps. Only hard restart. Weekends w/o POE - helps. I've started playing POE2 in a predator helios laptop with a rtx 2060 windows 10 I've clocked about 100hours with maybe 2 crashes. Bought a new pc amd rysen 7 5700x 8 core with a rtx 4070super windows 11 now i'm getting crashes several times a day. I'm trying to test and turn multithreading off every time before a loading screen (seems to work). I also remove 2 cpus (from the affinity) so it doesn't hard lock my pc when it crashes. If the problem is multithreading maybe GGG could turn multithreading off each time we transition zones and then back on again (not a proper fix but maybe it would work as a band aid.)
