From what i've seen only thing people that did not complete the act 1 campaign get here is a reminder at the bottom of their posts saying they didn't finish Act 1 etc..

POE uncrasher worked for me. Was an immediate difference. Not a single crash and you see it recover each time.

I haven't finished Act 1 either, but the signature is written by me to explain I'm not purposefully evading people's questions at my DMs.

Btw. I got probation because I have told people their legal rights in EU/UK.

I 100% this "didn't finish Act 1" thing is ridiculous. Do they expect people to risk their PCs to run a game that can brick it?

I won't install or code my own third party program to play something I have paid for.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.

I don't know what's worse, GGG not saying anything about the problem, or the white knights defending the game when there's a clear issue with it.

I have downgraded windows to get it to work, didn't worked, I have used POEUncrasher, is not working anymore, I won't install Windows 10 to try.

Guys.. I´m on xbox... I don´t even have the ability to change my OS version and am having exactly the same issue. This has nothing to do with your windows version.

That is not a fix though, that is a bypass.

Same happens here when changing zones, forcing hard reset.

GGG wouldn't remove someone's access because they didn't complete act 1 yet. I haven't completed act 2 since I haven't been able to get past basically any load screen or login most times. A bunch of people are in the same boat as everyone in this thread and yet no one else has been removed. Don't say anything stupid, send in a DXDiag and wait for GGG to fix, and you'll be fine.
