It's sad that it runs better on linux with proton than on Windows.
A lot of games run on gaming OS better than on office bloatware. Sure, with some drawbacks like you need some basics of your OS and be ready to fix some unexpected issues, but having 3-15% more FPS worth it. Gaming OS must be fast, liteweighted and sit in far corner, never doing the shit when it wasn't asked to.

He paid to have access to something that isn’t working. We’re not beta testers.. we’re customers. If I paid for a limited time access to something, I at least expect that something to be accessible instead of bricking my computer.
We’re not complaining about disappearing items or being stuck in a map. We’re talking about things overheating and not being able to move in the game for almost a month, without any reply from devs.
If you don’t want to provide a minimum level of support and feedback, don’t charge for the early access. We didn’t donate money, we bought the early access.

He paid EXACTLY for the unfinished buggy and glitchy game. Stop crying and accept reality. It is unfinished in every aspect, not the ones you enumerated. And yes, he was warned by more experienced community members what to expect. So it's completely hsi fault that he ignored everything self-hyped, self-pumped with "WOW COOL NICE OMG POG LOGIN" and bought semi-baked product.
PoE 1 has the same issue. Is that also a "unfinished, buggy and glitchy" game? Or are we not allowed to complain about that one because it is "free to play "?

I don't know why you keep telling this despite the fact that I have clarified that from a legal(EU/UK/USA) and industry standpoint this type of crash does not count as what one would expect from an EA game.
When people were going into EA they are expecting bugs like skills not working, bosses overtuned/undertuned, crash to desktop etc... Not this.
Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.
I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do:
1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad.
2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review.
3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there.

Guys, my game freezes not only during map or game loading but also when using ALT+TAB. I switch back to the game, and it's frozen. Does this happen to you as well?

Yes, going back to desktop and back to the game unfreeze it for me in the alt tabbing case.

After running the game just fine for like 2 weeks (while using PoEuncrasher)
After the last couple of hotfixes we are back to pc getting hardlocked again ( Yaaaay! )
I also feel like every time they pushed a hotfix the game ran worse and worse.
Pretty close to giving up at this point since i've done everything I can and more to deal with it but they seem to just worsen the problem instead of helping it with each patch.
Can confirm that, did you freeze outside of a loading screen as well?
I froze during trial of chaos, when the trialmaster stops you to spawn the monsters. it was not a loading screen so poeuncrasher couldn't prevent that. Only started to happen since very last patch. "Fix E" I think it is now?

I had an freeze yesterday after interacting with an Strong box on a map, juuust right before monsters spawn.. Seems like monsters spawning (in quantity) is causing the issue aswell as load screens :\

You have to prove the total PC freeze caused by the game, and not anything else. Go and get GGG sued.

I imagine how miserable this guy´s life must be to come here complain about our complaints.. We have a non-working game, then we have people complaining that they paid for a non-working game, and then we have you.. complaining that people are complaining..
Is there a brown noser awards you´re competing for we´re not aware of? hahah

Babycrying again, it will help 100%. PoE 1 runs without issues. If you're satisfied by the quality of the mechanisms working behind the scene (drivers, OS, etc), enjoy your crashes. Next time ask them to fix your api instead of applying bandaid from GGG.
