Hard crashing PC locks up

It's the consecutive hot hardware reboots that damage memory and everything else!

Just to inform: Incompleteness of shutdown process can cause hardware damage. Even the highest quality hardware cannot ensure this damage would not happen.

Damage occurs not due to the load the machine encounters during the operation but rather due to the electrostatic and capacitive effects (and the "sudden stop").

If the damage has occurred then the hardware will not work properly afterwards. Depending on the type and extent of the damage it might be possible to encounter crashes afterwards that might seem like random occurrences.

One of the reasons why we can pinpoint the issue's cause to PoE2 in this specific crash is that it happens the same way with the same triggers (although we cannot determine ALL of the triggers) across multiple hardware and OS combinations.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who had ever lost a PC part to this problem to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam in a detailed and informative manner so that others be aware of the issue.

My father in an attempt to save even the smallest watts per hour would flip the powerswitch on his powerstrip with all the pc/monitor stuff in it when he was done using it(after shutting down the pc normally) and ruined like 4 monitor backlights this way.
So these hard resets cannot be healthy for any electronics.

Has anyone tried the new patch ? It's available now, by the way. Is the problem fixed ?
