Just fix filtering through user_playtime!=0 or if user has characters created already but I suppose they are the experts and prefer to go through emails 1 by 1

Do we finally know the cause of this incident? Imagine the support team adding the keys only to lose them again... On my side, I still haven’t seen anyone on the forum mention that they’ve recovered their key.

Could we have an official statement on this matter? This is becoming problematic, especially for users who keep buying keys and losing them immediately.
Does it work now for you? I got the message today. :( So annoying.
I have the same issue. I cannot logg in anymore. I bought an early access Key on instant-gaming.com. Everythink worked so far on 19.12.24 when i purchased the Key. I linked my Steam ID activated the Key and logged into the Game.
Today ingame and on the site itself says my Account do not has Access to Early Access anymore !?

I wrote an e-mail to the Support Team just minutes ago.
So i hope it will be resolved soon, because i paid for it and it will become free to play when finally released :/

bump, I just lost access to POE2 EA. Same issues as all above.

I already have 9h in-game and now I cannot access my account anymore :/

Same as me. I wrote to Instant-gaming, and explained. Ehhh they are giving my money back. But that was not what i asked for. Soo i think, when i get the money back, that i need to buy the game again. They did not explain anything, just that the refund was started. wtf.
Have the Same Issue, suddenly can't login anymore, says i don't have a key, from what im understanding emailing support isn't gonne do much as of now, on the website it also says, i don't have a key, clearly i did, cause i played for 16 hours so far and have the screenshots of my key to prove it, wierd stuff, really annoying aswell

Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name, the names of a few of your characters and the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the pack you purchased that contains your access?

Please note that if you purchased a key from a 3rd party, we are not able to offer support for this and you will need to discuss this with the person who you purchased the key from. We would always suggest making any Path of Exile purchases directly with us as this allows us to help with any potential issues you may have.

this is what suport say i buy key on eneba and key works 4 days eneba dont give me new key beacose i use this what i buy PoE 2 its scam XD
I just buy the game!! register for 1 time on POE2 website acc read my key pic steam cliente.. pick the new key copy past on my steam.. download the game... start play for 15hours and today try to login and gues what O_O ( Path of Exile 2 Early Access ) CANT PLAY! lolololol ( send email no responde no play f.. this IM OUT)!!
