Account Locked and Support Unresponsive
Update: Issue Still Unresolved After 90+ Days
For anyone still following this, my issue has remained unresolved for over 90 days. Support responds once per month, and every time, it's the same copy-pasted request: "Can you provide your credentials?" This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they aren’t even reading the conversation. The lack of real support is absurd. Has anyone else experienced this level of neglect from support? |

Did you purchase originally through Steam?
I'm having the exact issue, and support will not respond to any emails. Just wondering if you had bought through Steam and had been able to get a refund at all? |

" When you say "emails" in plural, I assume you send in a new mail when a previous has gone unresponded? If so, I would like to let you know that you get put back in the last spot of queue iirc. when you send in a new mail, so if you want a response it is better to just send one mail and be patient. Check out their most recent post about their support situation.
