People like you who have unquestioned loyalty to a product or company is what is wrong with the world. There were and still are plenty of Blizzard shills who will defend their current practices no matter what they do, and that is partly why Blizzard's quality has gone down in the last 10 years. If they know they can get away with some of the questionable business practices they engage in because of enablers like you, they will.

You are just enabling GGG to behave poorly. Its little by little, they will try to start cutting corners, not spending proper time and effort QAing their product, diminishing customer service, etc. It is enabled because they think they can get away with it and are shielded by people like you who will defend everything they do with their dying breath.

I hope you can see what you are doing and fix yourself.

Had a windows update today and now have an entirely new issue. Hardlocking is no longer happening, however trying to enter the game on any character leads to an unending loading screen as the CPU floats around the 13 - 20% mark.

It's as if it's completely reversed itself from hardlocking to just doing nothing. At least, that is what is happening for me.

System hard locks/complete freezes are not acceptable and make it feel like an alpha/pre-alpha.

I would be fine with crashes. Annoying? Sure, but whatever. But I'm not going to play the game while it hard locks my system multiple times a play session.

No diference with new win update. First load screen in PoEUncrasher saved it from crashing system.

Guys this is actually a problem with the game and not some random Microsoft update.

Only this game freezes to a random Microsoft update. So its not even that.

Early access or not, freezing constantly and by many users is unacceptable. How many games do this in early access. FIX IT

It is because half of you nutjobs run stock Windows with Bloated Registry and Auto-Updates on. It will reinstall on reboot unless you use a custom ISO (Which most people with a brain do)

Man stop talking bullshit, this is the fault of poe not windows. Every other game runs fine, yea definitely broken cpu.

It is not POE. Because it doesn't happen on Linux.

It is 100% the update causing issues. I can easily prove this. Just add me on discord. I will redownload the update and you can see for yourself.

Up your CPU voltage, and your CPU ratio down a bit.

Disable C-states
Disable Speedstep

Then try again.
