Experiencing the same issues, also located in bay area, Cali with fiber.

I think it is resolved now, at least from my side.

Chiming in as well... bay area AT&T Fiber customer with the same issue.
Cloudflare Warp helps occasionally, but not always. |

I'm in Arkansas with ATT fiber, same issue since launch. VPN didn't work.

dont want to jinx myself but changing the networking type to lockstep and restarting worked and put me back to 1-4ms network lag without the insane spiking |

Bump. I am also having ridiculous lag spikes with ATT fiber here in the Bay Area, CA as well.

Obviously I love the game because I'm playing through this crap, but it's getting pretty old.

So Cal on a private ISP that I think uses ATT satellites. Absolutely unplayable at the moment.
