Stash tabs from POE1 did not transfer over.

I'm playing the EA of PoE 2 on the PS5, I can see all my MTX on the Playstation account but my stash tabs weren't transferred?!

hi, so basically they sell delirium and map stash tab again but didnt transfer my map stash to poe 2 its kinda lame :X

So I'm playing poe2 and none of my tabs were transferred either. I originally had a separate account which i linked to steam many years ago and have played through steam since, all of my purchases were made through steam as well. Poe 2 bought and currently playing through steam but my character doesn't show up here. I never saw any prompt to log or change accounts except for the trivial "log in" once booting the game which felt like a different way to spell "play". There's no option to change anything except game settings anywhere. I had to buy tabs again, i hope they will be able to at least refund me in points for double purchases since i never received a reply to my emails.
