Bug - Quest - Sorrow Among Stones

If you go back to the location of when 'Follow Lachlann' triggers and don't follow him and end up going back to the town, the event doesn't trigger. Lachlann sits at the base of the graves and doesn't move or start the boss fight.
I can't seem to reset the quest to try it again. ( I had been fighting him in the past but left to level up to 10 to be able to beat him). Last bumped on Jan 5, 2025, 7:24:00 PM

any luck with this? I am also bugged out and cant get him to turn into boss

Also bugged for me, he stands frozen in front of the gravestone and wont turn in to the boss. Interestingly, if I try to create a portal to town it says I am in a boss fight.

Same for me, i opend the gate went to town to sell stuff and now he stands frozen in front of the graves.
