I FIXED IT BY BACKING UP THE GAME ON OTHER HARDDESK THEN DELETED THE GAME THEN I DELETED CASH AND EVERY FILE IN APPDATA AND PROGRAM FILES RELAITED TO THE GAME THEN I RESTORE THE BACKUP FILES AND REINSTALLED THE GAME

After I entered the jungle area (I don't know the exact name of that area) in Act 3, I got this issue. I can't login to my character now and I keep getting this error at loading screen. This issue isn't replied in Known Issues and I don't know if GGG awares.

Same for me, happened when I got smacked by the gorilla boss...
Locked out of my character for over 30 mins. Creating a new char and getting to first town didn't help either. |
