Just happened to me, Act 3 cruel. This is my 6th character. Can't login, going to wait 25 minutes and then try again. I already tried resetting computer, clearing shader cache, repairing steam files, etc.

Same issue t15 map with deli, it seemed only to happen in one area of the map, so I don't know if it's a certain monster in that map area or not.
