War banner not working with crossbows

How are we supposed to do that if we play on a controller? It doesn’t allow you to buy the skill to the action bar.
I even tried to login use the keyboard and mouse put it on the bar and then go back to the controller. Nada, it’s not there. Anyone come up with a solution for this with a controller? Does grinding gear game support read these posts; or do we need to submit this as a Bug? |

" You are incorrect. This skill is not working when playing with a controller and there is no way to assign it to the action bar. Yes, it says its activated and your spirit is allocated; however, it doesn't not work. The lightning banner does in fact work though with controller. |

It works fine on consoles and with controllers.
You simply go to binding from the ring menu, click on an empty slot, and it lets you choose the banner from there. When the banner is on the bar, you start gaining Valor and you can use it to trigger the banner normally. |

On controller, you must go to where you bind your skills and click on a blank one to add I from the list of skills.

We are 2025, November 1st and war banner still doesn't work for me !!
I have enough spirit. The skill is activated. Its on my skillbar or hotbar. Nothing ! It says Skill can't be used and I'm not getting in Glory or even a Glory count. I'm using attacks non-stop with my tactician. As a tactician, I even have a passives that boost banners for god sake ! I can't get it to work. Please help ! Or even better, fix it GGG !
