Unlink steam account

Howdy,

Could I please have my steam account unlinked? I originally, for whatever reason, started playing on not my main steam account & have bought poe2 access on my main account & therefore at the moment cannot access any of my poe stuff

Emails are failing to send/deliver so bump

Refunded until this global issue is resolved - to anyone else reading, I’d suggest you do the same so they actually listen & just implement an unlink steam account like twitch

Yes many of us are in the same boat, contacting multiple times the support for the last 4days, no response so far. 3/4 of the emails are bouncing back because their email system bug/is full.
All this for 1 simple click, really dumb and frustrating.

the only news i have is that my refund went through on steam, i just plan to rebuy in like a month or two when they finally sort it all out cus its evident theyre way understaffed to deal with all of the issues

Yeah that sucks.. Alternatively, you can buy the EA on your other Steam account that is correctly linked or directly in POE.com if the price is the same..

Same problem. Still don't have answer from support, ant still can't play POE2(

i never play poe 1 on steam (because i was playing it before the game exists in steam)

anyway, one friend gift me with a key, and its a steam key... so i donwloaded poe 2 with steam, when try log in, its ask me to create a new account OR LINK THE OLD POE 1 ACCOUNT, ofc i try link it!


ok, i receive a fast email confirming the link, i confimed and when try access the game, its say my account havent access...

i send email 30 min ago to know how to proceed now because the option to create new account just for poe 2 not appear anymore!

Same problem here, can't play poe2 until they unlink the steam account.

me too, gfdi, why they didnt have an unlink button same as all over connections? my god , we supported u and now u guys abandon us? WOW
