Got the same problem, needed to respec using Hooded One and then extra skills gone again.

Character not bricked, but integrated efficiency is giving me the same problem where I don't see the 3 additional skills. Don't have enough gold to refund and respec either.

Turns out Adaptive Capability doesn't work either when Gemcutting, making the Gemling basically not work alltogether. We're stuck, GGG, help.

Same my perso is bugged + i cant even play i am block in character selection if i click play i am back to log in ...

Reported this on launch day as well. Keep bumping it to the top guys. Not being able to respec ascendencies and then being forced to use one that doesn’t work is pretty lame.
