POE2 Quest frozen (bug?)

The Trail of Corruption quest

after obtaining the Horn of the Vastiri, the quest says to use the horn to clear the sandstorm. however when i go to the sandstorm the game reverts back to an older quest i already completed.

when i use the map table to travel to the start of the area the doors do not open and i cannot leave the caravan. only way to get back to the area is via waypoint. however that resets the area to a previous quest (timeline) and thus begins the endless loop.

so i am stuck at the end of act 2, and sugestions?

Btw, yes i have logged out and restarted the game.

edit: its a little unclear i feel, lol. but you're supposed to use the horn at the front of the caravan after using the map to travel to the sandstorm

USE the horn at the front of the caravan. i swear there was no icon here before.

I have same problem.
I even watched tutorial on youtube.

1) I got horn in my inventory
2) I teleported to quest map. In quest now says to use the horn
3) Im going to the forward of caravan. There is no quest icon that should be there.

I reloged, changed servers multiple times, changed characters, clicked every dialog. No quest mark appear. Meanwhile I see some people that emoting blowing the horn. Sometimes I see quest mark from other players but it is not interactable.

I am on the part where I am supposed to "recreate the horn of Vastiri." It keeps telling me to go to the caravan, but I have no quest icon popping up or anything. I killed the giant Titan boss. You guys remember the next step?

Sadly my step is bugged.

The quest is bugged for me. I DCed while I was blowing the horn and now I'm stuck on that quest, soft locked, can't play. Please fix this GGG.
