Can't progress because of a bug on the quest The Mad Wolf Of Ogham

Hello, in poe2 i had just killed the executtioner and went camp to talk with the npc that i saved, and the server shut down.
When it came back and i went to the portal i was on the beginning of the map, i explored again, and the boss wass there. I killed him again, but the NPC isnt there for me to save. And the i can't progress to the next area if i dont talk to her, but she isnt there to be saved. Shes on camp. Already talked with her alot of times, all the dialogs, and the quest wont progress. Making impossible to continue. Last bumped on Dec 15, 2024, 4:40:25 PM

Ok with mine, if you go back to camp and use the Waypoint, it should be unlocked so you can teleport there.

Similar issue with same quest line, but further on. Killed the count and "need to talk to hooded man to travel to Vastiri Outskirts"... I'm already almost done with ACT2 but it still shows incomplete for "The Mad Wolf of Ogham" quest. Others have reported not being able to start maps because of the quest progress. Also can't teleport to a people unless they are in ACT1. "Quest progress incompatible" but that may or may not be related.

I have the same problem. I can not enter endgame. After finishing the campaign in Cruel I can not open Waystones. It says that I can not enter endgame content before finishing the campaign. "The mad wolf of Ogham - Travel east" not completed and do not have the option from The Hooded One to do it.
