Can't progress because of a bug on the quest The Mad Wolf Of Ogham

Same issue. Travel east objective showing in act 1 even after completing act 3 cruel. Hope there is a fast fix for this.

after killing act1 boss, quest told me to travel back to town and talk to "the hooded one" - had a game crash while talk to him.
i didnt restart the game this day but today when i joined the game, i was able to travel to act2 and i killed the first boss in the first area.
Now i have no quest to follow in act2 and in act1 the last quest is unable to finish even after killing the last boss in act1 again.
