Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

2 days after launch we had a small patch and after that I have had lag/stuttering and can play minion builds but anything else is too annoying. The problem seem to get worse and today I keep getting disconnects just too often to decide to do something else.

Aussie here.
Tried using NZ gateway but every map is on Aus servers. Tried the .ini "predictive" latency fix, makes no difference. Can replicate the issue on every Savannah map. Game is almost unplayable since the latest patch. |

Aussie here, definitely a server side issue and not our hardware etc..playing during peak time most maps cause various levels of stuttering, logging back in after 1am and the lag is completely gone.
Dont see this changing unless GGG does something server side and no point every1 stressing thinking its the players fault |

I'm having similar issues to the ones described in this thread. Win10, AMD 5800X / GTX1080, freshly installed latest graphics drivers, 1440p144. Not reading the entire 87 pages of thread, but just in case nobody had mentioned this yet:
The issues disappear pretty much immediately (at least for a little while) every time I minimize the game, then open it up again. Either in borderless windowed mode (try Win + D to "minimize everything / show desktop"), or fullscreen mode (just hitting the Win key is enough), then selecting the game, and it pops back to smooth framerate, 95-105fps or higher. Sure it's annoying having to do that practically every time I load into a new zone or even stay in the same one for a while, but it definitely beats playing at 25fps. |

PoE 1 had something similar with the network. It allowed you to complete acts, and then there was an eternal lag and death in mobs. And it's not a day, not two, it lasts two weeks, if not more. And they are still fixing SKILLS... when some people don't even have the opportunity to play.Milan, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Moscow - lags everywhere.Lagofast didn't help either.
