PoE 2 - Softlocked in "The Trail of Corruption" quest

Hello,

My character was sounding the horn in the caravan as part of the task "Use the Horn of the Vastiri to clear the sandstorm" in "The Trail of Corruption" quest in Act 2. I had just clicked the in-game prompt to do this, but suddenly the servers crashed and I got disconnected. This was a few minutes ago.

Now the game still requires me to do this, but the action prompt at the front of the caravan doesn't appear anymore, which makes progress impossible.

I've tried dropping the Horn and getting it from Zarka again, but it didn't work. I tried clearing the "Halani Gates" area again to reach the sandstorm area, but it simply repeats a previous part of the questline and doesn't change anything.

I've invested quite a few hours in this character at this point, and I wouldn't want to lose it. Would it be possible to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, this is what you're supposed to do.

Confusion here is because nothing tells you to actually go there, hasn't happened before so you wouldn't expect it & it is just out of PoV to see from where you're standing at the Desert Map area.

There's no bug here, just a little confusing.

I have the same error where the exclamation appears but I can not click, the server was disconnected and now I have the horn, I travel back from the desert map to the area and it does not appear at all, I can not finish the quest. Those who say it is not a bug that is a bug please stop giving opinions without knowing what they are talking about, the quest is bug for some of us know how to get there, we know perfectly well that with the horn you have to go to the small point of sandstorm of the halani gate on the desert map and from there travel to is there where we have the error and we can not make it sound to complete the mission in any way, I see perfectly the caravan stopped with the sandstorm and that's where it is delivered.

AFK at front of the ship the exclamation mark appeared when I came back to the game window but was not clickable

got this too. On second act 2 (or act 5 i guess)

Bumping this thread for same problem. Even with the resolutions I've read, I got nothing, no exclamation point, etc... Never got the horn. Asala stops at the sandstorm, and no way to proceed. To be honest Act 2 is quite annoying. Good ideas, but not a fan of the execution.

Friend has the same bug, help us GGG, he can't play the game

Maybe Solution here...I had a similar problem with this questline, it was in Act 2 Cruel (Act5). I completed the quests and got the horn, but i tempted fate to see what happens if i drop the horn from inventory...it disappeared.

I went on to finish the last quest, bringing me back to the sandstorm, but i had no horn. So the questline didnt even appear on my map and the quest marker at the from of the ziggeraut wasnt there either.

Eventually i went to the map on the ziggeraut or whatever and clicked to travel back tot Helani Gates (even tho i was technically already there). The ziggeraut kinda reset as if it had arrived and then the quest suddenly appeared. So perhaps goinmg to the map and moving around resets it.

Should be noted, that i never checked my inventory to see if the horn magically appeared, cuz i had dropped it an hour before and didnt have it again. but somehow the quest appeared after using the map device and the quest marker was in the front of the caravan so i just lcicked and was able to progress thankfully. Posting for others

Here's the solution: go to Traitors Passage on the desert map (not the waypoint), then go to the front of the ship. Should be able to blow the horn then & continue

Turns out I was missing the water from the water quest

Same problem here guys.

I finished Act 2 and Act 3. I can't start the atlas because of this. Does anyone help me?
