Impossible to email GGG support - more than 4 days still no answer

I sent 4 letters in 3 days - Google mail writes the following:
Final-Recipient: rfc822; support@grindinggear.com Action: delayed Status: 4.2.1 Diagnostic-Code: smtp; Receive rate too high Last-Attempt-Date: Tue, 10 Dec 2024 23:22:52 -0800 (PST) Will-Retry-Until: Wed, 11 Dec 2024 23:21:21 -0800 (PST) that is, technical support mail DOES NOT WORK such great support |

I think I've had enough.
I'm better off refunding on Steam and getting the key on the website to at least be able to use the standalone client :) Will let know if they reply tho, see y'all in February lol |

It will take time, trust me, the influx of tickets must been HUUUUGE.
I have a sandwraith support pack lost in limbo because the merge of accounts, and yeah they are taking their time, if u resend a mail, you get put back on the line of tickets again, dont do that, just wait. I know is anoying, but welp, early access was quite a hit. |

Any time I've ever had an issue I was gotten back to within like 15 minutes no later than 2 hours. GGG support is really great, they are just swamped to hell back with EA.

A couple of days? Lol. I can't even remember when I put the ticket in. It was day 2 of early access. I received a response asking for my account info right days ago. I haven't heard a word since and my account is still locked. I literally played a couple of hours with my wife and that's it. This game support is fucking ridiculous. I'm literally on an alternate account just to give my two cents.
