Never recieved gembloom skull item

Hi,
I never received the item Gembloom Skull (+30 spirit) item after killing the King in the Mists. I went back and killed the boss again, and the item still did not drop. Because of this bug, I am at a permanent 30 sprit deficit and unable to use many skill gems. Very frustrating. Thanks Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 9:34:27 PM

I have the same issue because i died from a DoT and loot disappeared after i respawned.I tried killing the boss 5 times but the gembloom skull still doesn't appear
