Donate Guild points

Yesterday I donated the guild account in POE2 with points, they were reducted from my account and they have not appeared until today.

Same problem here.

Tried donating points to guild it took points from my account but did not add it to the guild

Tried to send points to our guild to get stash tabs for the guild.
Send 100 points and got a "success" message.
100 points were substracted from my account.
Guild balance was still at 0.

I am a guild leader and I was success to donate the points today. But my friend donated 60 points and need to check the guild Transactions tab on your guild profile page on the website to credit the points. Issue 1: Guild Points Not Showing
• The Guild Points sent today are not appearing in the account.

Issue 2: “Manage Guild” Button Malfunction
• The “Manage Guild” button does not function as expected.
• Upon clicking the button, a popup appears asking to open a web browser. However, when selecting “Yes,” no action occurs.

Button Location:
• Game Menu > Microtransaction Shop > Guild Tab

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the “Microtransaction Shop” in the game menu.
2. Navigate to the “Guild” tab.
3. Click on the “Manage Guild” button.
4. Select “Yes” when prompted to open a web browser.

Expected Behavior:
• Guild Points should appear correctly after being sent.
• The “Manage Guild” button should successfully open the web browser when “Yes” is selected.

Actual Behavior:
• Guild Points are missing.
• The web browser does not open when “Yes” is selected.

Same here. Donated 50 points to guild and guild has 0 points.

Same problem here as well, donated 50 points. They got deducted but none added to guild

The guild leader has to login to the website and accept the points

goto this link as the guild leader and then click
on view guild transactions i believe then the guild leader should be able to accept them

I am the leader, and there is no "accept" anywhere. The transaction is marked as "Complete"

+1 to this, donated quite a few points because I thought it didn't go through, and they were deducted from my total but not added to the guild.
