Act 3: Troubled Camp's for Infested Barrens & Jungle Ruins are both not updating/triggering events

Same issue. Has anyone tried buying every item from the vendor? I’m too broke, but perhaps this is like the other treasure markers that won’t update unless you pick up all of the loot.

I think they are just the vendors that you can buy different stuff from and that is why they are constantly active. They are active and their equipmment changes every thime you level up. What do you think?

I have spent a few hours now searching while leveling up, and the Trouble Camp just isn't there or doesn't trigger in the Infested Barrens. Very annoying after clearing a huge maze of a zone to find it!
