The one and only fix that helped me - use HDMI cable instead of Display Port.
HDMI uses a simpler and more tolerant link and signal negotiation, so it survives GPU driver resets and power spikes more reliably.
DisplayPort relies on complex link training and can lose the connection permanently after a crash until a full power reset

Hope that GGG team will fix this bug. Because, on previous versions, I played with Display Port cable and everything was just fine.

The problem first appeared after 0.4.0
