Anyone with low-end PC, how has POE2 performed?

Hmm, now I'm going to second guess myself again since your PC is way better than mine and you still run into CPU bottlenecks.
Load times are generally improved by your drive. NVME arent too expensive now.
Device name LAPTOP
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
Device ID
Product ID
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch

It's serviceable. I had to turn down some settings and the FPS, but it's okay.

Not great, but good enough.
Can you post your game settings or images?
I have:
AMD Ryzen 5 7520U with Radeon Graphics - 2.80 GHz
16.0 GB
Hi, I hope I'm not too late. My video card allows max graphics, but I have exactly the same processor as you (i5 6500). Despite the fact that we in theory meet the minimum CPU requirements the game is very CPU demanding, and in the game there are no settings that affect the processor only on the graphics. In the camp where other players are present my fps is ~21-28. I limited my fps to 44, so I can not say exactly what is my maximum in the locations, but almost always in battles it drops to 40+-, in intense battles where there are many enemies sometimes fps drops below 30. In the second act there is a location on a huge moving ship with a bunch of enemies, it is perhaps an exception where the fps never climbed more than ~34, when fighting dropped to 20. Now I'm in the third act and met the boss do not remember her name is a woman vaal, the arena consists of a rectangular closed row of soldiers. And this boss is a real problem because of the large number of soldiers my maximum fps at the beginning of the battle when nothing is happening (just goes dialog) ...24 fps. In the battle it is just a slide show I do not know how to pass it, seems to be a soft lock for me.
I play on an origin laptop with a 3070 TI laptop edition so I don't know what that is comparable to but I know its better than my old 1080 desktop. I have inconsistent FPS issues. I could be getting 90 fps and then it will tank to 30 fps by just entering into a new section of the map. It's really frustrating.
just want to share mine, played on GTX 1050 Ti, laptop, playable even with 4 friend that use zombie and fire aoe thing skill

kinda late, but i have:
Ryzen 5 4500
GTX 1050
16gb ram
and i play on a HDD

honestly you can play if you REALLY want to play, i have 90 hours so far and been having a blast with the game. mapping experience is kinda meh tho.
Fix at the bottom for stutters

Ive had stuttering issues since launch and tried every fix out there except the old poe1 power plan reddit post, some examples of things i tried to fix the stutter (not the ms issue im talking about stutters every few secs)

changed cpu cores to use only 3 cores
tried more power on my gpu from nvidia app
tried to turn off windows gaming mode
tried Nvidia inspector advanced texture settings
tried window mode, full screen window, full screen

turned on and off all the settings in the game options and tried medium settings...which does nothing.
Also tried to set poe2 priority to high
Ive made sure my Poe2 is running off my Nvidia card via profile

Ive tried to reinstall my nvidia card drivers with a fresh install
Ive deleted steam version and downloaded stand alone client
Ive tried to set my shader Cache to infinite on Nvidia card
Ive tried DSR settings on Nvidia and GPU scaling and sharpening

NON OF THE ABOVE WORKED BUT ONE THING DID....

THE FIX FOR MY FPS STUTTERS AFTER OVER A WEEK OF TESTING AND TRYING EVERYTHING

Lossless Scaling which i bought on Steam a couple years back to try and get more FPS out of a game called New World.

After loading lossless Scaling then loading up poe2, clicking the scale button then going back to poe2 client it fixed my issue....I no longer get the stupid annoying stutters.

I would consider my pc low end, specs under

Nvidia 2060
i7 3770
16gb ram
windows 10
i7700k with 1070 in 1440p was pretty bad as expected. The first act of campaign wasn't too bad tho because not a lot of mobs.

I swapped in 4060ti after the first day and it was good up till maps, 60+ fps...but now in semi juiced maps the cpu is bottlenecking hard.

Poe2 is just as cpu bound game as poe1.

I had some hope that my cpu might be OK because poe2 is a slower game, but endgame is anything but slow.
