Seriously? Not the lightning and other effects the game has, definitely the text boxes!
Breaches tank the game to 15-30 fps on a 120hz (less on a 60) tv without playing an aoe lightning heavy build. Ritual tanks it worse. Meanwhile, same tv on my laptop with or without loot filter sustains the same FPS as with it on. Those “lags” will still happen as the filter flags loot to not show.
