It takes a very long time to review requests for problems related to account security.

It's been almost 2 weeks, and there's no response. 2 weeks to read the Email? Refer my case to a senior employee for review. Waiting 2 weeks for each response is too much.

I get it, high number of people having issues = high number of support tickets. But the way this has been handled is getting old to a majority of your player base. It would be great if there was any kind of support other than generic msg responses in the forums and when you finally get an email response it's not just another question that takes 2 more weeks to get a response. I bet if the streamers that are streaming this game brought it up there would be changes. The publicity lines GGG's pockets.

24 we received a clarifying reply. They answered - now we are waiting for the next 16 days.
