Fix your support - you could have probably done 100% more if you just would impement a more professional support system:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3656029 Honestly - you probably neither even have an idea what the common problems are nor can your workers fix problems since they have to ask for more data since every mail is random. Not to mention that they have to decipher every single mail since there is no standardized form. A html-form or just a copy paste support form would probably take about 5 minutes to implement. Combined with an autoreply that tells ppl you got the mail to avoid even more follow up mails would probably solve a lot of problems ... |

Its not like this is a paid game with premium prices for Macro-Transactions - calling them Microtransactions is rather nonsensical. Also its not like the stashes and skins cost more than a full aaa game ... Oh wait. Calling games free 2 play that actually charge a full games price for single items in their store is absurd. Also i seriously doubt playing is actually fun without at least some extra stash tabs. |

I am seriously thinking about doing a chargeback. Since there is absolute silence besides all the copy past in the forums and mails and i dont see any way to escalate this normaly. What is the next step if they dont react? Contacting Tencent? Do they have any outlets in the EU so i can contact european consumer protection or do i have to contact the one in new zealand? Sorry but i think 20 Days is enough - and its not like we see any improvement of the service that would indicate it getting better - they still do copy paste replys and use non-formated emails for support for a game with hundreds of thousands of players ...
