Same problem. I killed the boss in ACT5 and I got the coin but the quest stills says search the traitor's passage.

You need to obtain a key for the trial with 3 floors, most will drop with 2 so they're not valid to ascend, only to access the sanctum and get some random rewards out of it.

same problem, i did second trial with 2 floors but didnt recieved points and questbook still says "search traitor's passage" and now i dont even have token to start new one
