Blood Mage - Gore Spike might be bugged

Still bugged, I spend all of this time and resources trying to make a cool reaper build only to find out that I'm not getting the bonus, what nonsense. Glad I'm at level 70 when I finally realize I got screwed over. This bug has been here since early access began. Please fix ggg.
