POE2 cant attack or use abilites

Same, cant attack sometimes the character just stand's there and does nothing, if I'm lucky I may survive it. This has to be fixed as it makes the game unplayable and Frankly, Unfun

+1 here playing Warrior, sometimes just have to spend 5 seconds dodge rolling around until I can attack and use skills again. Nothing is on cooldown and no debuffs are on me. Has resulted in multiple deaths.

Same can't attack but can roll and move. Casting spells seems not 2 work alot .

Getting this on my Warrior occasionally; seems like its an issue everyone experiences tho

Happens to me approximately once every map, i am also playing invoker Monk with Ice Strike.

Same here, it happens like really frequently, ice strike monk here

Checking in for visibility. This has happened to me while using ice strike on invoker monk at least a dozen times.

just wondering have you tried to swap controler type? this has fixed many issues with skills not sure why but it buged in the patch for some reason.

I have had the same problem on my Warbringer. Very annoying, happens a lot just after an dodge roll. Cause a few of my deaths as well.
