Poe 2 character not showing on site

I'm in the same boat. I've even synced my playstation account on my poe account page. I have a character over 25 now as well. My account in game matches my account on the website (I have 2 on the website some how) but my character still does not show up.

Same, lvl 32, logged in as a PS5 account that is linked to my main account.
getting the same error. Logging in from a new browser does not solve the problem. Also dont see any of my ps5 account poe2 characters. TY. |

Side note, you can hit the drop down button beside the direct whisper to copy the link and just paste ingame |

Looks like I can direct whisper now from trade. I got an email, 7 days later, confirming my pre game status. I still can't see my character, but I did successfully whisper from in game trade and complete a purchase with another player.
