How do people here not understand that this is Early Access and not a league. Jonathan's statements don't apply here. Also it's not a specific build that was nerfed, they reworked the entire CoX mechanic because they anticipated problems with how it worked before. Is the current iteration of that system perfect? No. Will it be the last iteration? Probably not. That being said my monk is still using CoX perfectly fine to generate charges. I was unaware that this was a league, and not an early access/Beta version of the game that is still clearly in development thats not set to full release for another 6+ months. The big issue I see is that this patch highlighted the need to alter respec costs. The left a lot of players with zero recourse other than rolling a new character or quitting the game.
