If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

If you did not buy the key though official portals then you are up shit creek.
You can purchase it here, on steam or on the consoles PoE2 page Someone already mentioned they got a key through a reseller, dumb considering they paid the normal price (allegedly) and it now looks like that reseller made the purchase of the key's and then doing charge backs. (possibility they card were stolen as well) Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

The re selling point is not correct i have unlock the key normaly days ago i played the game for hours i was 49 lvl and then what the key seller refund his key but why that need to change my allready installed key in my account cant understand this...unlocked key is an unlocked key the official site unlock it normaly so we need a statement about our problem for all those keys some buying it for kinguin some for eneba i buy it from gamivo i can take my money back via paysafe but the problem is my character what will happent to the progress of the game?

I was playing it juts fine and decided to add it to steam, linked the account and downloaded the game (again) this time via steam. Now I have the same error as the title of this topic and can't log in either on steam or via client.
Nothing changed except the adding of the game to steam librabry (via key from THIS website). What now? |

After the patch 0.1.0e it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" I have written to support three days ago and NOBODY is giving me any information ! I have bought a key on kinguin, I played for a couple of weeks and now after the patch my account cannot access early access ????
