actual clown fiesta why bother even playing when respec costs 600k?

Call it what you will but my motivation to play my sorc any further is completely gone and going through the campaign again is exhausting.

I get nerfs need to happen but this wasn't a nerf, it was a carpet bomb on an entire line of skills, leaving most sorc builds very limited in wave clear and pigeonholed into a few very specific builds.... which sort of defeats the point of POE being all about build diversity.

It also highlights a lack of Q&A testing on these hotfixes.

So sure I can spend the resources to respec archmage or some offbrand fire build that seems to be doing alright but honestly if nerfs are going to be absolute destructive swings, not just minor adjustments maybe it's better to stop playing until that isn't a thing.

It's too expensive and time consuming to respec and it's exhausting to repeat run the campaign twice more (the maps are just dumb large) to try another class right now.

It's impressive how a minor hotfix has destroyed so many players willingness to keep playing

I'm a casual player with 30+ hours into this game already and not even out of act3 yet. I am not rolling a new character to put another 30 hours into - this game already doesn't respect my time. Where in the hell were their playtesters at before CoF and CoC builds could be released the way they were? Do they not know their community!?! If we are their playtesters, give us free respecs at any time we want to test builds, but do not nerf builds that are getting people through content thats already like walking through thick mud. Looks like I'm going back to Last Epoch. Nice move GGG.

+1 I second that! Give us some free respecs at least. Respect the time we spend in testing your beta release!

yes, you forgot to fix loosing items upon death because the priority was to nerf good viable builds

Well. I want a refund, why? Well youre nerfin all builds that was pretty much easier to play for newbie players, now what? I need to spend additional like 5h to farm gold and respec to finally after 2 days you gonna nerf another build.
