Supporter pack coins and cosmetics on wrong account.
I also have this same problem. I emailed support 7 days ago and haven't received a response yet. I'd really like to spend my coins on this account and not re-roll.

Waited one week to let them sort this out, then sent an email 1 week ago and still no answer. Sent an new email today. I just want to buy the tabs and probably going to spend more money over time but dont want to do that when i have coins on the main account.
