Xbox. Unable to use trade website due to restrictions

i am unable to use the trade website on xbox. every time i try i get a message pop up saying. Cannot open the web browser due to account restrictions. please check your xbox live account. i have checked all my possible setting on my xbox and have no clue what to do. any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here and the more i mess with it the worst it gets i just merged my old and new account by trying to fix this. Everyone else rocking cool gear from trade site and i am deadlocked as i only get drops for every other class or i wouldn’t need to trade in first place. Dropped 9 uniques zero made for my class
