Same issue. Cannot complete this quest even though I'm already mid-Act 3.
The game crashed for me during the transition from Act 1 to Act 2 while the cutscene was playing. |

Was able to continue to the next act but the quest ist still open in my questlog saying: travel east. Have talked to everyone in vastiri and the caravan.
