Omen of Resurgence not proccing at low life

I have died many times with this in my inventory it has not procced. It is meant to heal to full at low life

Some of these deaths have definitely been to many small hits.

One of two things is true:
- the omen just doesnt work /bug
- the omen is effectively useless in most cases where you would die to many hits anyway (probably fails it's intended use)

can confirm. didn't work for me either

me either. i made sure that i right clicked to activate and it's not procing

ran into the same issue

I´ve been running them for around 100 maps now.

Out of it I´ve died like 15-20 times, both ways absolute insta kill or just died by hits where I have even see to have 300/100 and 0 hp so it was enough time to procc.

However I´ve also procced like 20 of them also both ways, multiple hits and absolute insta kill.

I´ve no idea how they work, but they definitely don´t work as intended.

Definitely bugged, even on small hits where you're at low life, sometimes it works and others it doesn't even get used.

Yeah just died with this active in an Expidition, which is honestly so dumb because I lost the entire instance when I shouldn't have, and couldn't loot a single thing. I'm putting the game down for now, too many bugs and frustrating things that just aren't worth it.

yep it didn't work for me as well. Activated it but still slowly be bursted to death
