I’m up to 12 days myself with no response. I just give up man. They won. They scammed me out of $160USD.

It’s better to just accept that fact and move on now.

sad because I have been playing POE since 2013 off and on but don't think I'll bother with POE2 if support cvan't be bothered to deal with even minor issues (i just need my email changed because from 2013 to now that e-mail is long gone and cant link my PSN now because of it)
It feels like they have 2 interns on support rotation :/

If you have lost out financialIy i'd suggest contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback.

The fact you are even saying this when you know thousands of people have been ripped off right now speaks volumes. Please read the room.
13 days and i got an email saying is this still an issue and asking for proof of purchase. That was 4 days ago and no reply after providing it.
Up to 10 days since i replied to the "is this still a problem" email with no additional reply.
Coming up on a month with no reply. Worst customer service ever.
Have been waiting for 25 days,
I don't feel like I value the players.
