Login to Website does not work with Primary email
94 days since the initial request for support. I have sent everything I could, including Steam ID, original account registration email, purchase receipt, but no resolution. The last response from support was January 2, 2025...
They can easily fix this if they look at it. |

Submitted all information again. * Path of Exile ID * Steam ID * Original account registration email * Original account linked to Steam confirmation email * Original purchase receipt for Crucible pack * List of emails of watched items showing when I stopped receiving them * Address * ISP information * List of character names Login works with Steam (which has Steamguard), but fails for Primary email. I am unable to change Primary email. It appears to be some kind of data corruption with this field. I can change the password. I also need to submit a separate request to delete an account support requested I create a few months ago as part of one of their responses, but holding off for now in order for this Primary issue to be fixed first. |
