PoE2 performance issues - 40-50 FPS max

GUYS FOUND IT. In BIOS there is option for Resizeable Bar turn it Off. Then thank me.

This has been an ongoing thing for a while and they have yet to acknowledge it. The game will run fine for extended period of time, In my case month or so, Then it will randomly just play like complete and utter shit. I even went as far as to update my CPU / MB / Ram / M.2 and still had the same issues.

Went from Intel to AMD, Asus to Gigabyte. Corsair to TridentZ, Different chips, Different Bios', ETC. There is no other similarity outside of those two items.

Honestly have zero idea at this point. I know its something on their end or perhaps Nvidia. I havent seen any AMD owners complaining of this issue? But even then I didnt update any drivers when my issue started. So that makes zero sense either.

Ryzen 7800x3d
RTX 4070 super 12gb vram
32GB of RAM
one day i have 250fps and the next day or even same but game was closed and open once again I hit max 60 fps and I dont have vsync or smth like this

Im playing at 1440p, and my system should be able to pump 100fps+ I believe...
Yet, doesn't matter what I change, Im always stuck in the 50-70 fps range :/

Tried a lot of things (increasing cache graphics, installing rebar and updating bios ecc... only thing that helped was disabling Nvidia Reflex()

Im having the same problem the fix for me is to login for about 5 mins then restart my pc then its working fine but would love to know whats actually wrong
