Can't activate tablet on completed tower POE2

worked just fine the last 15 times but this tower wont open the interface, i left and reentered this tower if that helps

I am also unable to use precursor tablets in completed towers. I get the error, "Tower already used" but it was not, I just cleared it.

Started happening to me last week, now every single new tower I complete will not accept tablets.
I've been using t10 maps to get 66% increased influence. |

i also have the same issue and it sucks because you never can realy tell which tower is gonna work and which not its just a waist of time
in my last uniqe map i also had the issue after killing the boss the map didnt notice that i had killed the boss, 0 mobs avaiable on the map, which didnt gave me the 2 points in my atlas... |
