Character stuck

One of my characters is stuck at the dais of reckoning (zalmarath). The boss is there but is just standing there not doing anything. I cannot damage him. I cannot port out, I cannot use the respawn at last checkpoint feature. I have tried relogging, restarting the game completely nothing seems to work. I am just stuck there with an inactive boss.

My character is stuck inside Grim Tangle in act one where UNA refuses to appear. I can't use the waypoint nor the portal out and there's nothing to kill me
