IP BAN IN SÃO PAULO SERVER

I got my ip banned in the são paulo server but it is working in the others. What is happening? i want my account back.

Ola pessoal! Comigo a mesma coisa. Estava jogando hoje, normalmente e dei uma parada. Fechei o game, e alguns minutos depois estava banido. Vcs sabem o que podemos fazer para reaver a conta? Sei q podem ocorrer inconsistencia por ser beta, mas ao menos gostaria de poder continuar jogando ne. =/

same here, i was playing and when i come to act 3 my ping/ms go from 45 to 10k and after 3 crashes for high ping i got banned
