[POE2] Binding "Basic Bolt" to a weapon set.

There doesn't seem to be a way to limit the loading of basic bolts to a specific weapon set since the "Basic Bolt" skill isn't visible in the skill menu. Could this be made possible? I imagine it won't be a big deal late game, but it'd be nice to have early on.
